What is your shipping policy?

We ship to anywhere in the U.S. Shipping takes 3-7 days for all orders in the US. We ship USPS Priority Service, which takes 2-3 days and is a flat rate of $5. If you spend over $45 Your shipping is FREE.

Why does it take 3-7 days for shipping?

Because we offer so many shirts in so many styles, colors and sizes we cannot keep stock on everything we have. We manufacture our shirts frequently, but the process of getting your order, screenprinting the shirts, packaging... then shipping to your door, takes 3-7 days.

What about international shipping?

WE DO NOT OFFER SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE US, SORRY FOR THE INCONVIENCE, BUT DUE TO INTERNATIONAL FRAUD AND EXTREMELY HIGH SHIPPING COSTS WE CURRENTLY DON'T OFFER IT.

What is your refund policy?

You may return and RinaWear item for an even exchange within 30 days of your order. Please include the following info for an exchange:

  1. Name
  2. Ship to Address
  3. Description of the new product you are wanting
  4. Check for $5.00 for us to return your item

ALL POINT and POINTFEST MERCHANDISE SALES ARE FINAL AND NOT RETURNABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE. IF WE SENT YOU THE INCORRECT ITEM PLEASE CONTACT US VIA EMAIL AT jeff@rinawear.com AND WE WILL MAKE IT RIGHT, BUT NO REFUNDS OF ANY KIND WILL BE GIVEN FOR NON-RINAWEAR ITEMS.
